At the Heritage Club meeting tonight (1/11), we heard Matt Lynch discuss his options to run for Congressman or Appeals court judge.
Full disclosure – I am a big Matt Lynch supporter, and was involved in both of his Congressional campaigns.
Our political process at all levels requires money (lots of money) and political backing from the party leadership. Without both any candidate will have a difficult time achieving their goal.
We wish Matt all the best, regardless of his personal decision.
We were also given the opportunity to speak to the audience about our website, and I tried to recruit some people to be investigative reporters for us. Hopefully, we can continue to grow so that we can get timely, accurate information to all Lake County residents.
