Bainbridge attorney Matthew Lynch, a candidate for the Eleventh District Court of Appeals, chose the Kenston High School Candidates’ Night on October 15, 2018, to explain that he rejects contributions from the legal profession in order to avoid any appearance of impropriety with regard to the adjudication of litigation.
His competitor for the same Eleventh District Court of Appeals seat admitted receiving more than $28,000 of her $50,000 funding from members of her own legal profession.
The in-person voting occurs from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at your usual location. Don’t forget your personal photo identification (your driver’s license).Do you think such an admission could compromise the impartiality of this individual in litigation brought before her at the Court of Appeals?
