EIPCa Observer Training for the Recall Election Starting in August!  Volunteer Processing has already begun.   Don’t Miss Being a Part of the Team – Deadlines Are Approaching   Every election requires a unified effort among state and local government officials. Citizen oversight is the cornerstone of a fair, honest and transparent election process.   Citizens in 43 counties have already begun the process of signing up volunteers who will be able to take the EIPCa training in August.   EIPCa’s training will help you observe in a lawful and knowledgeable way for the coming election and all future elections.   To be part of EIPCa’s statewide team of trained observers to visit polling locations and/or watch the ballot processing in September, EVERYONE (previous volunteers as well as newcomers) MUST follow these steps:   Go to www.eip-ca.com ASAP and click on the big “Volunteer” button right under the banner.   DEADLINE for signing up at the website is July 31. No exceptions.   Please don’t wait until the last minute to sign up.   If you are even thinking about it, please sign up now so that we can ensure you are able to take the training in August.   Once you submit your volunteer information via the volunteer button, EIPCa will respond with an email containing instructions and TWO links for documents.   You MUST print, fill out, sign and snail mail BOTH the Confidentiality Non-Circumvention and Volunteer Agreement to the EIPCa-AZ office as soon as possible!   Time is of the essence.   DEADLINE for postmark is August 4. No exceptions.     Look for an email from corpoffice@eip-ca.com 1 to 2 days after you submit your volunteer information via the volunteer button from the website.   Be sure your email settings are not blocking emails with attachments or live links to documents.   If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact EIPCa at corpoffice@eip-ca.com immediately.   Once we receive your snail-mailed forms, look for an email from your County EIPCa Coordination Team regarding times and locations for training.   Training will be in person in all counties with an EIPCa Coordination Team. If there is no Team currently in your county, you will hear from EIPCa for training instructions.   DON’T DELAY. Deadlines are approaching fast.     EIPCa is a nonpartisan IRC 501(c)(3) charity.
