Thank you for your patience as it took a little longer than anticipated to compile the information. Below is the information that you are seeking. The figures below are from the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. Since your email did not specify a date range, I used the most recently completed fiscal year to ensure I captured everything.

Below are the associations that you specifically mentioned in your request:

Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA): $7,930.00 which includes the district’s membership cost of $7,570 with the remaining cost related to newsletter subscriptions.

Ohio Association of School Business Officials (OASBO): $1,088.00 for the treasurer’s membership.

Buckeye Association of School Business Officials (BASA): $1,981.80 for the superintendent’s membership.

Ohio Educational Association (OEA): Riverside does not have any expenditures to OEA.

Below are additional associations that I was able to find payments to in no particular order:

Alliance for High Quality Education (AHQE): $4,000.00

Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD): $655.00

Greater Cleveland School Superintendents’ Association (GCSSA): $125.00

National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC): $150.00

Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators (OAESA): $1,315.00

Ohio Association of Secondary School Administrators (OASSA): $2,180.00

Ohio School Public Relations Association (OHSPRA): $75.00

Ohio School Psychologists Association (OSPA): $120.00

Ohio Association for Pupil Transportation (OAPT): $50.00

Association of Middle Level Education (AMLE): $249.99

Greater Cleveland Baseball Coaches Association (GCBCA): $225.00

Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA): $160.00

School Nutrition Association (SNA): $1,000.00

American Association of School Personnel Administrators (AASPA): $225.00

Ohio Association of Pupil Service Administrators (OAPSA): $125.00

Ohio Association of Gifted Children (OAGT): $50.00

Per our discussion at the recent Concord Trustee meeting, I did not include membership costs for items such as the Painesville Exchange Club, Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Ohio School Council, and Lake County Development Council.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need any additional information.

Thank you,

Gary A. Platko, CPA
