Beth Lear is a an education policy analyst who worked for the Buckeye Institute, the only conservative think tank in Ohio, for three years before becoming a private contractor. Mrs. Lear has provided education policy analysis and research for multiple clients for nearly 20 years. She also served as a charter school board member and frequently is asked to share her expertise with Ohio Legislators to craft bills or discern the quality of education legislation.
