This survey is available on the Ohio Department of Education website. Supposedly offered as an optional resource that any child 8-17 years of age can access on their Chrome book pc’s.
I have relatives in Olmsted Falls Schools who believe this is an intrusion on their privacy and the State of Ohio overstepping parental boundaries.
