Senate Bill 83, also known as, Senator Jerry Cirino’s communist attack on free speech was condemned by the Faculty Senate of Cleveland State University in a unanimous vote, which must include Faculty Senator and Professor John Plecnik.
King Jerry is having a bad week. In his criticisms of Cleveland State University, he apparently did not know that the local university is the recipient of the hyper conservative Foundation for Individual Rights in Education’s (FIRE) highest award – the Green Light Award for Free Speech on campus.

LFC Comments: As always, we will accept and publish any article from Senator Cirino in response to Cleveland State University’s unanimous decision to condemn his Senate Bill 83.
We will even give Senator Cirino a chance to defend his legislation on a Buckeye Patriots podcast.
