This is one of Joyce’s latest “tells” that indicate he is the consummate RINO!

“I have not seen evidence that qualifies for a misdemeanor charge against the President…”

We received the following email from Congressman Dave Joyce.

Friend, 

You may have heard that Speaker McCarthy has directed the House to open an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, and I want to make sure you have the most up to date information on this situation.

I want to be clear what this means: this is not the impeachment of President Biden. This is the beginning of an investigation into possible wrongdoing by him. Speaker McCarthy has directed the Chairmen of the House Judiciary, Oversight, and Ways and Means Committees to lead the impeachment inquiry investigation. The House of Representatives did not vote on this, the Speaker of the House opened this inquiry. 

As a former prosecutor for over 25 years, I take this matter seriously. The American people cannot trust the results if they cannot trust the process, and as I said with President Trump’s impeachment, we have to honor due process.  

Like many of you, I hope the questions about President Biden’s conduct are clarified through this process. As I’ve repeatedly said across the district, to date, I have not seen evidence that qualifies for a misdemeanor charge against the President, but I do believe that a formal inquiry is an appropriate next step.
