Dear Friend, fellow lover of freedom and good government!
Dissidents on the Ohio Republican Party State Central Committee (ORPSCC), i.e. on the governing body of the Ohio Republican Party have filed a lawsuit citing many issues regarding transparency, regarding accounting irregularities, regarding unbalanced books, etc, etc…

The governing body cannot get cooperation by management (WOW – can you believe that??) to review documents under the bylaws and have transparency regarding financial statements, etc, etc…Many actions not only violate the bylaws, but add to irregularities in the election reporting for not only the FEC, but also state of Ohio filings; potentially having large fines or worse.
This irregularities do not allow the board to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities and puts them at risk professionally and possibly criminally.
They have spent tens of thousands in legal fees from their own funds and the fight goes on and must go on.
Other issues regarding transparency are lack of roll call votes, removing individuals from their committee assignments by violating the bylaws, etc, etc….
Whoever heard of such nonsense in the era of transparency?? Whoever heard of such insults to our elected representatives to the GOP governing body, treating our representative and us, their constituents as children?

Free parking at St. Ignatius parking lot (holds over 200 cars so plenty of parking there and on the street too!!) They are closed on Tuesdays, but by special arrangement we have the whole beautiful restaurant to ourselves, so please come, bring a guest or many and show support.
Many of the dissidents from many parts of the state will be attending!!
Please make you check payable to: Ohio Republicans for Party Reform, LLC (and NO, the donations are not deductible) – this is for a worthy cause. This is the simplest form of participating in grass reform at the local level where we can actually have an impact.
