The Lake County Council on Aging of Ohio offers programs for those 60 and older including: information and referral, support services, nutrition services, case management, in-home safety, homemaker services, and much more. The non-profit agency is also an Aging and Disability Resource Center, serving individuals with disabilities who are age 18 and over. (source: their website)
Their Board meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 4 pm, unless otherwise noted. The meetings take place in the Board Room of the Council on Aging office, 8520 East Avenue in Mentor. The public is welcome to attend. The next meeting date is November 16th at 3:00 pm.
