According to the Lake County ADAMHS Board one out five people have to deal with some type of mental health issue.  Do you know that in the 1950’s the State of Ohio drastically changed how they would handle psychiatric hospitals?  Here is a graphic from the Center for Community Solutions that deals with this issue.
