For Those Impacted by DeWine’s Public Health Emergency Orders

We are contacting you today because we understand you may have been harmed economically, physically, or mentally by Ohio Governor DeWine’s public health emergency orders.

We are seeking relief for affected Ohioans by filing a Writ of Prohibition and Writ of Mandamus with the Ohio Supreme Court. The Writs are essentially petitions to the Court to compel them to provide relief to Ohioans who have been harmed by Governor DeWine’s unconstitutional actions.

We are developing a legal case that we think will win. If we win our case, it will lead the way for thousands of Ohioans to seek compensation for damages due to the Governor’s unconstitutional Public Health Orders.

We need your help.

We are building a case against Governor DeWine’s unprecedented and unconstitutional actions. If you lost your job because your employer was deemed to be non-essential; If you are an employer and social distancing rules harmed your business; If you were denied medical treatment because the governor denied you access to your doctor; or if you have suffered a genuine mental harm – please consider submitting a petition affidavit. Your affidavit will help us by solidifying standing in order for the Court to provide relief for you.
