Vaccination Card Dialogue

Two patriots enter a local restaurant, and have a very interesting conversation with the Maître d’.

Maître d: “Hello…and welcome…”

William: “Hi, table for two, please.”

Maître d: “Sure, and your name is?”

William: “William and Mary”

Maître d: “Great, do you and your guest have your vaccination cards?”

William: “Very interesting question, well first….Can you tell us who are server will be?”

Maître d: “Um…looks like Brad will be your server tonight. You will really like him.”

William: Great…can you show us Brad’s vaccination card?..Umm….also, can you show me proof that Brad is not a carrier of HIV, Hepatitis A or B, or any other communicable disease?…We will need the same information for you and your kitchen staff…Bye the way, we would prefer not to be served by someone who is on or uses recreational drugs such as marijuana, cocaine, meth, fentanyl…so if you could provide us with Brad’s most recent tox screen that would be great. Matter of fact, I will need to see all of your employee’s medical history.”

Maître d: [with a shocked look on her face] “Please wait, let me get the manager for you.”

William: [with an insincere grin] “That would be great, thanks. Make sure they have their vax card and medical records for my review, please.”

The short story is trying to convey the message that no one needs restaurants, and other establishments, but they need us, their customers. Start standing your ground or be prepared to lose everything.
