Concord Township Meeting To Discuss Property Taxes

By Bob Patterson, Concord Resident, former Concord Trustee
Please plan to attend the Trustee Meeting 6 PM January 21st. The Trustees have given me permission to make a presentation that I submitted to Andy Rose. I hope you can come and discuss the revenue resources that will change and the impact on the Local Government Fund.
This is an important meeting as my sources have told me the needed signatures to eliminate property taxes in Ohio has already been met and a 50% buffer is being worked on as I write this.
I know our Trustees are not in support of this based on Andy’s discussions, but we are here to discuss the needed changes when the ballot is passed!!! To many seniors on fixed incomes are being forced from their homes after contributing to the community all their working lives!
Please plan to attend and bring a friend.

No one knows the total number of signatures collected in the movement to abolish Ohio property taxes. That total is a closely guarded secret by yours truly. When at war you never give intel to the enemy. (state legislators)
