Voting Machines Issues

By Mary Pruitt January 30, 2022

Recently, I spoke about the Lake County DS200 voting machines purchased. It was brought to my attention that AG Candidate in Michigan, Matthew Deperno located at https://www.depernolaw.com/all-expert-reports.html
shows court documents that report a built in, wifi modem in the machine.

It is my understanding that all persons, even secretary of states, are legally blocked from any forensic audits of these machines due to “propriety” protections. You have to get a court order to forensically examine the machines. So, governments and voters have turned over their full rights to audit the machines when any machine is used in an election.

However, I am told that the Ohio Board of Voting Machine Examiners audited the DS200 equipment before purchasing was allowed. Did they get to open up the part of the machine where documents show a built in wifi?

Below is the ORC regarding the Ohio Board of Voting Machine Examiners. One would believe they would be able to view the insides of the DS200 equipment. Did they get to examine each machine we use or just a model? Is there public documentation of these forensic exams available to the public?

It is imperative each machine each precinct actually uses, is examined for built in wifi as indicated in these schematics. https://www.depernolaw.com/all-expert-reports.html

In truth,
