We attended the Lake County Commissioners’ meeting and recorded the following video. Ms. Taylor Fillbach, Executive Assistant to the Clerk of Courts, Faith Andrews, and Marketing Director, was recognized by the Commissioners for using the Heimlich maneuver on a choking victim while at a State of Ohio Clerk of Courts’ meeting. Taylor saved the victim’s life by dislodging a piece of chicken from the victim’s throat.
