Cleveland’s Education Statistics….it is not about the money

The Center for Community Solutions provided these statistics about education in the City of Cleveland.

20% of the people living in Cleveland do not have a high school education –(LFC Comment: spending $20,000 per year per child does not seem to be working. There has to be other social factors impacting their decisions not to stay in school.)
