Portage County’s Brian Ames has more lawsuits against the Trustees and Administrator of Concord Township.
Here is his pleading to the Supreme Court of Ohio.
There is another filing with the Court of Appeals in Lake County, Ohio. This case deals with failure to keep full and accurate minutes of meetings, failure to establish a rule for notification of meetings compliant with R.C. 121.33(F) and holding a meeting without having established a rule for notifications of meetings compliant with R.C. 121.22(F).
