Lake County Liberty Coalition January meeting

Posted by

Dear Patriots,

I hope each of you had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year!

As I mentioned in my last communication, I am reintroducing regular Lake County Liberty Coalition (LCLC) meetings starting with January.

This month we welcome Professor David Forte to discuss ‘Where the Supreme Court Goes from Here?’. This is timely topic given the confirmation of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court and the likelihood President Trump will have the opportunity to make additional nominations during the course of his first term.

Professor Forte is Professor of Law at Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, where he was the inaugural holder of the Charles R. Emrick, Jr. – Calfee Halter & Griswold Endowed Chair. (Please see attached flyer and Eventbrite site for Professor Forte’s biography.)

Meeting Details:
Date:   Thursday, January 25, 2018
Time:  6:30 to 8 PM
Auburn Career Center
8194 Auburn Road
Concord, OH 44077

Note: We are grateful to the good people at Faith Lutheran Church in Mentor for allowing us to use their facility over the years, but we look forward to our new home which has terrific facilities that are available to us at no charge.

Donation Requested:
Please donate to defer costs of refreshments and other expenses!

Additional Speaker Information and Registration (

From Route I-90, take State Route 44 South toward Chardon.  Heading south, you will pass the following intersections:
Auburn Road (BP and McDonald’s on right) and Capital Parkway. The next intersection is Girdled Road.  Get off State Route 44 and take a right onto Girdled Road.
Immediately you will come to a 4-way stop where you will take a right onto Auburn Road (Auburn Road parallels State Route 44 in this area.). Once on Auburn Road travel about 150 yards and take the first left you come to.  You will be entering the Geauga STEM High School/Auburn Career Center parking lot.

Other Details:
Enter through Door 33 (See site map attached) in the back under the curved awning by the Presentation Center (no other doors are to be used to allow guests into the building) and someone from LCLC will let you in.  We’ll have a sign-in sheet and you’ll need a visitor’s badge, which we need to return to Auburn Career Center at the end of the night.

I know there’s a fair amount of information here, but it is easy to find and getting into the building will be easer than entering Fellowship Hall at Faith Lutheran Church.

Email or call me if you have any questions, and I look forward to seeing you on the 25th!

Yours in Liberty,
Tom Hach
Executive Director
Lake County Liberty Coalition
