We have been advised by our lawyers that we should file with the State of Ohio as a non-profit corporation.  We have taken that advice and here is our State of Ohio certificate.

We also obtained an employer identification number from the Internal Revenue Service:  83-2517741.

We have filed with the Internal Revenue Service to be considered as a 501 c 4 Non-Profit.  We will let everyone know when it is completed.  Although we are changing our legal status, we are not changing our mission:  Demanding Honesty and Transparency from all levels of government.
