After looking at this Gateway Pundit video and reading about “Fraction Magic”, we obviously need significant changes in our election process. Why this has never been caught by the F.B.I. or D.O.J is disturbing on a lot of levels.

The following is my understanding of how the Dominion Software works after watching a video on Rumble.com. In the video, a software engineer weeded through vote data results from Philadelphia produced by Dominion. I understood what the engineer was explaining after watching the video at least a few times and comparing it to videos of TV/Media’s reported results from throughout election day. Dominion is using the same method hackers use when they breach financial networks and/or databases to steal massive amounts of money without getting noticed (Saw it a lot back in my retail-tech days and being on Visa’s security-compliance policy board years ago).

“Fraction Magic” – transfer fractions of votes between precincts to get the desired candidate winner. Use the 3rd party candidate as cover:

The short version of how it works:

Using total votes cast up to a point in time from a precinct…..
1) Assign # of votes Trump is allowed to get (a whole number)
2) Assign a minimum # of votes needed for Biden to keep a close gap throughout election day/evening (a whole number).
3) Split the remainder votes between Biden or the 3rd party as needed (a fraction interpreted to the average person as a percentage. George, this is why 3rd party candidates have been bought-off to run!)
5) Final result: Biden wins with a close-enough gap to go unnoticed.

The long version of how it works:
1) Identify a group of votes it can flip without notice. This is called a “Flip Set”.

2) Break up the Flip Set into smaller units and assign them to precincts that need to be flipped. This happens throughout the day as the votes keep coming in. These smaller units are called “Ratio sets” and are made to increase their chosen candidates percentage of votes you see on the TV screens/media sites.

3) When a particular precinct is finished getting some of the flipped votes, it releases it’s assigned Ratio Set for other precincts to use. This enables Dominion to hide it’s trail – by spreading the votes around as needed rather than in lump sums.

A good metaphor for this is a lawn sprinkler. Think of this like a sprinkler that moves around your lawn to evenly distribute water rather than one that sits still shooting water up in the air.

4) Turn up the “lawn sprinkler” towards the end to ensure the desired candidate wins.

Example from a precinct in Philadelphia:

A total of 90k votes are cast. They are split up into sets to be spread to the candidates using the method above.
1) For first 40k votes -> Trump had been given 10% of votes of this set
2) Vote set 40,001 to 65,000 -> Trump had been given 25% of votes of this set
3) Vote set 65,001 to approximately 70,000 -> Trump had been given 30% of votes of this set
4) Vote set 70,001 to approximately 80,000 -> Trump had been given 50% of the votes cast of this set
5) Vote set 80,0001 to 90,000 -> Trump had been given small % of votes, most went to Biden of this remaining set.
6) Biden wins the precinct by a good percentage to appear believable to the the average citizen.
