To Whom It May Concern,
I’ve had federal crimes committed against me and my son in Lake County and worse, federal crimes committed against my sons daughter, my beautiful granddaughter Lilliana Vitantonio.
I know that the Vitantonio name is familiar to you, because Dominic Vitantonio is a special prosecutor for the sate of Ohio. And it is his brother John Vitantonio Sr who is involved in these federal crimes against this innocent child along with other Lake County public officials.
I know that no one with a duty to stop this crime from continuing against Lilliana, will do so because you all protect your peers. It sickens me!
Someone has to do something to end this nightmare caused to us by Judge Karen Lawson, her clerks and others. We have documentation of everything. All the case files, all the crimes and collusion involving violations of due process and other Federal CRIMES.
There was an unlawful custody trial held on 08/03/2015 where Lilliana’s father was not served notice and neither was I. Lilliana’s mom abandoned her at 16 months of age. My son and I were raising her in my home. Our lives were perfectly wonderful. But my ex’s wife who is infertile wanted Lilliana to raise as her own child and they served notice to my son at my ex’s place of business knowing it was closed and knowing he’d never get the notice of the trial for custody of his daughter.

There was no one at that trial to represent Lilliana. Absolutely no one!
The clerk knew, the magistrate and judge all knew and Paul Malchesky assisted in organizing this crime so perfectly.
There are many involved in this crime and I’ve been told that we’ll never get Lilly back because these people are too connected. And while I’ll probably never get a response to this email, like so many others, I still pray that just one person out there will stand up and do the right thing, knowing that they have the power to fix this crime committed against us and against an innocent child. Knowing in the end, that God will judge them for turning a blind eye.
She is with a very abusive man who is hurting her. No one knows what goes on behind closed doors. All looks so pretty and perfect to the outside world. But I know and my son does, and Judge Karen Lawson and others in that court have seen the unbelievably horrific photos of the abuse to Lilliana and they have chosen to allow it to continue. It will happen again. He can’t help himself. He’s very protected due to who his brother is. Prosecutors doing favors for Dominic refuse to prosecute his many crimes over the years and I don’t care if you share this with them. They already know that I will continue exposing this crime until Lilliana comes home.
These are Federal Crimes committed against us and an innocent CHILD by Lake County Judges!
