The following is Sworn testimony of oath given by Dr Richard Fleming, PhD in Physics, MD, a Nuclear Cardiologist and a Juris Doctorate in Law.
This man has filed suit with several other doctors, including Dr Luc Montagnier (RIP)(Nobel prize winner for discovery of HIV) in the International Criminal Courts ( regarding crimes against humanity).

Please participate and send letters to Governor Dewine and AG Yost. We can’t let these crimes go unchallenged. Our governor Dewine and AG Yost need to protect the citizens of Ohio from gain of function crimes.
