Thanks to the Lake County citizen for making us aware of the current reading program promoted by the taxpayer funded Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library. We were curious about the books made available to the children of the community, so we registered to participate and then downloaded the banned book list.
We will let the taxpayers decide if the public library has overstepped their bounds by reading why the books were banned at some point in the past.
Here is the banned list for “kids”:
