This is Carlos’ first time at the Commissioners’ meeting. We are so happy to see Lake County citizens taking part in Count government.

Unfortunately, Commissioner Plecnik has a “hard and fast” 3 minute rule when dealing with me. Control is a very intoxicating elixir.
