Ohio Concerned Citizens and Voters Open Letter Overview:

Background:

A statewide awareness and citizen-led action campaign is initiated via the attached open letter. We are seeking signature endorsements from concerned citizen-groups and public officials calling upon Ohio’s Secretary of State Frank LaRose to exercise the duty and authority of his office and take specific actions to further mitigate risk and prevent known vulnerabilities in the system. Watchdogs Warn Ohio’s ‘Gold Standard’ Voter Rolls Tarnished (thefederalist.com)

Among the vulnerabilities include: Access to the absentee ballots by unverified voters, abandoned registrations, non-citizen registration/voting. These vulnerabilities are fully exploitable by statewide voter registration organizations detailed in the recent announcement made by OH SoS of fraud referrals made to county prosecutors spanning 20 Ohio counties. Ohio’s Secretary of State says circulators may have broken law with voter registrations, petitions | The Statehouse News Bureau (statenews.org)

Situation:

For over a year the OH SoS did not address the general public on the scope and extent of these irregularities until within 90 days of the general election. Organizations whose canvassers were engaged in suspected unlawful activities continue to perform election-related activities across the state without suspension or penalty.

Thus far, the actions taken remain wholly inadequate to identify and fully prevent invalid voters such as non-citizens from registering and voting. Bad actors and organizations remain able to exploit Ohio’s weak and non-existent data validation verification practices at the county board of elections leading to susceptibility of registration and absentee ballot voting fraud.

The ASK:

We respectfully request your organization’s support by agreeing to endorse this letter to the SoS. By simply providing your phone number or email to mstrbic@protonmail.com you will receive a separate request via link to endorse the letter.

With less than 90 days left to safeguard our election process, we must act with unity and insist upon our election officials adopting prescribed lawful measures in the letter to mitigate known risk in the system. Please support this effort and extend an invitation to interested parties.

Very Respectfully,

Marcell Strbich Lt Col. USAF (ret)
