We are announcing a new feature at Lobbyists for Citizens. We are starting a new department called L.O.G.E. – Lake Office of Government Efficiency. Of course, it is a spin off of what is happening at the Federal Level with President Trump and Elon Musk.
We have been thinking about it for quite some time, but the catalyst to kick start the program happened at the last Commissioners’ workshop. Here is our video of the meeting. We had to record because the Commissioners only provide the audio of the workshops.
When Commissioner Morris Beverage III called me a liar twice, I realized it was time to start the L.O.G.E. My parting comment to Beverage was “we will expose you”.
All citizens of Lake County can participate in the new LOGE. If you believe that there is waste, fraud and/or corruption in Lake County, Ohio that needs to be exposed, just send an email to LobbyistsforCitizens@gmail.com. All emails will be held in strictest confidence…we NEVER reveal sources.
We will also start a weekly podcast that we will live stream. The date and time are to be determined. It will be 30 minute podcast about “Everything Lake County, and more”, and we are hoping for interaction from the community.
We are deeply concerned that the public sector is outgrowing the private sector’s ability to pay for the services. Also, the over reliance on property taxes to fund the taxing authorities is pricing citizens out of their homes that they have worked all their lives to achieve.
