Just when we think that we have seen the worst of our illustrious Senator Jerry C Rino, he manages to trip over himself once again.
This time he works with his buddy, Willoughby Municipal Court judge Marisa L. Cornachio. The judge is a candidate for the 11th District Court of Appeals, following in the footsteps of Judge Eugene 1% Lucci.

It appears that Senator C RINO objected to a blogger, known as the Rooster, sending him a naked picture of the cartoon character Shrek. Sorry, we have no copy of the picture to include in this article. C RINO believes that was a violation of Section 2917.21 of the Ohio Revised Code dealing with Telecommunications harassment.
https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/section-2917.21
“A) No person shall knowingly make or cause to be made a telecommunication, or knowingly permit a telecommunication to be made from a telecommunications device under the person’s control, to another, if the caller does any of the following:
(1) Makes the telecommunication with purpose to harass, intimidate, or abuse any person at the premises to which the telecommunication is made, whether or not actual communication takes place between the caller and a recipient;”
Ever the ardent crime fighter, C RINO rallies his “take no prisoners” City of Kirtland Police Department and his judicial partner in crime fighting, Judge Marisa Cornachio, to make sure that this heinous crime does not go unpunished. Who wants to see a cartoon character naked? Oh, the humanity!
Freedom of speech must be stopped at all costs in C RINO’s and Cornachio’s world. Here is the warrant issued by Marisa to help her buddy, Jerry. It seems that C RINO and his judge are taking a page out of the CCP’s playbook. Disrespect a government official and you will be arrested, jailed, and have black mark on your permanent record.

C RINO always take an issue too far. Just like when he kicked me out of a meeting between the Commissioners (He and John Hamercheck were Commissioners at the time), and the Visitor’s Bureau. C RINO just wants you to know that he is in charge and it must be done his way or the highway – especially if you send him naked pictures of Shrek. China’s Xi Jinping may be sending C RINO and Marisa and honorary membership card for his communist party.
Would it be a violation of the Ohio Revised Code if C RINO was sent a picture of Michelangelo’s David rather that a naked picture of SHREK? Just wondering.
By the way, I have set aside bail money just in case C RINO speaks to his buddy Marisa to see how they can shut down Lobbyists For Citizens. It is a “definite maybe” that my wife will use the money for its intended purpose.
We have been asked to see if we can get an exorcism done by a local priest on C RINO. Perhaps we can a discount for a second communist.
Judge them on their actions not their words.

‘I’m innocent’: Blogger speaks out after arrest at Ohio Statehouse

A blogger arrested at the Ohio Statehouse for telecommunications harassment spent the night in the Franklin County Jail and was released on bond June 2.
D.J. Byrnes, also known as The Rooster, canceled plans for a post-release press conference at the statehouse on the advice of counsel, said his colleague Max Littman.
Byrnes posts to his subscribers on his Substack. He’s known to confront politicians in the halls of Columbus City Hall, Ohio State University and the Ohio Statehouse.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested him June 1 at the statehouse on an outstanding warrant for a misdemeanor. The warrant was signed by Willoughby Municipal Court Judge Marisa L. Cornachio, who is running for an appeals court seat and has been endorsed by State Sen. Jerry Cirino, R-Kirtland.
Littman said he believes the case stems from Byrnes texting Cirino a photo of cartoon character Shrek’s penis. The warrant says Byrnes allegedly texted photos to the victim, identified as “J.C.”

Littman shared what he said was a text exchange between Byrnes and Cirino that included a naked Shrek. Cirino’s alleged reply was “I don’t know who this is but I’m certain you’re a moron.”
Cirino declined to comment on the case.
A request for the Kirtland Police Department’s report and witness statements on the case has been submitted.
After his 23-hours in jail, Byrnes issued a brief statement, thanking his supporters and saying “I believe that the facts presented in court will show that I’m innocent of the misdemeanor charge of telecommunications harassment.”
