JD, I figured since your office was willing to come after WILSON for child support while you know that Tuscarawas county violated statute to give custody and effectively violate home court in Lorain County with your help, you might want to consider your roll in violating LH rights and WILSON’S before you continue down this road…….

You now have an obligation to follow RC 2705.031 and prosecute Julie for contempt for violating the visitation agreement in Lorain County. Judge shopping is also a crime.

As a final note, anyone who uses a child as a weapon to destroy a parental relationship is committing domestic violence and child abuse…..

Now prosecute the real abusers of LH in this case! Consider this the first notice! Also consider…. Whitfield V. United States, Rod Class V. United States,  Aaron V. Cooper

Oh, almost forgot… Can you have the appropriate parties forward the W-9’s and the 1099 OID’s for – 14DU078974 and 7102731564, So I can complete the accounting. 

I am also going to need your Oath per 4 USC 101 and your surety bond. I’m sure you won’t mind getting it from the treasurer for me that is if you have already submitted it to that office. cc. The Treasurer.
