Lake County Commissioner Ron Young was “making a difference” on August 1st at at the Willo- Hill Baptist Church, 4200 Rt. 306, Willoughby, OH.
In his speech to the congregation, Ron was very forthright about the challenges that he has personally experienced in the past couple of years.
