LFC Comments: Thanks to the Cuyahoga Lobbyist for sending us this article about Joe Blystone.
*****
The Ohio Election Commission has found probable cause in the allegations against Joe Blystone and since they did, they are required to hold a hearing within 10 days the last day being the day before the primary.
If he is found guilty and a felony charge is recommended, he could be disqualified from the ballot and from what I understood all his votes so far would be invalid and any future votes would not be counted.
