NEW TRUMP SPECIAL COUNSEL LOSES
ALL CREDIBILITY WITHIN HOURS OF APPOINTMENT
Akron, OH: Today, Tom Zawistowski, President of the TEA Party affiliated We the People Convention (WTPC), said newly appointed DOJ Special Prosecutor Jake Smith lost ALL of his credibility just hours after his appointment as the newest Trump investigator when his past partisan political activities were exposed by the House Judiciary GOP. Zawistowski was a lead plaintiff in both law suits won by the TEA Party against the Obama IRS which proved that the IRS was used to illegally stop political opposition in order to help Obama steal the 2012 Presidential Election.
Zawistowski said, “Newly appointed Trump Special Counsel, Jake Smith, lost ALL credibility just hours after he was appointed by corrupt Attorney General Merrick Garland to conduct another politically driven, baseless, investigation of former President Donald Trump last Friday. The House Judiciary GOP released emails from May of 2013 over the weekend showing Mr. Smith colluding with disgraced former IRS official Louis Lerner in trying to dream up ways to charge TEA Party groups with “conspiracy” for legally forming non-profit organizations to oppose the re-election of Barack Hussain Obama. Two federal law suits found that the efforts of the Obama Administration to attack the TEA Party Groups were illegal and a fine of $3.5 million was paid by the IRS to TEA Party Groups in 2018. Smith was also the lead prosecutor in the politically motivated corruption charges against former Virginia Republican Governor Bob McDonald in 2014 after which the conviction was UNANIMOUSLY reversed by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2016.”
Zawistowski continued, “The ham-fisted appointment of Smith by Garland, just two days after Trump announced he was running again for President in 2024 and just HOURS after Representatives James Comer and Jim Jordan held a press conference outlining the case against President Joe Biden for influence peddling, was simply laughable both for it’s timing and justification. While Garland hilariously claimed that appointing Smith was in the “public interest” and not politically motivated, it was obvious that creating the Special Counsel had one purpose and that was to create a method to leak more made-up and false politically damaging stories over the next two years about Trump to offset the real evidenced based charges that will be proven and be made public against the Biden Crime Family and others.”
Zawistowski explained, “The two “investigation” Garland claimed required Smith’s appointment were both investigated already by the phony January 6th committee and by the FBI itself. The Washington Post reported days before the appointment of Smith that there were NO classified top secret documents at Trumps Mar-a-Lago home or any other reason for the illegal raid, exposing the reality that the raid on Trump 90 days before an election was just another partisan illegal action by the highly politicized FBI in order to help the Biden Regime attack it’s political opponents. The phony January 6th committee pledged to provide the “evidence” that Trump was “responsible” for the actions of protestors at the Capital on January 6th and promised to indict Trump. After an extensive purely partisan “investigation” by the committee, no recommendation for indictment was made to the DOJ! The committee spent two YEARS “investigating” Trump and came up with ZERO – yet we are supposed to believe that the appointment of Smith, who will spend millions of tax payer dollars in the process, is in the public interest?”
Zawistowski concluded, “This pathetic and desperate attempt to damage Trump will only help him in his efforts to win the Presidency in 2024. The American people do not like it when people are wrongly accused and after six straight years of lies about Trump this routine has backfired on the Leftist as was proven by the total rejection of the January 6th Committee as a serious investigative body. This action will only spur Trump supporters to demand the impeachment of Garland and Biden and many others in the FBI and Biden Regime who have defiled our Constitution and violated the Rule of Law for personal political gain. Judgement day is coming and it will not be for Trump, it will be for those who have proven that their is no vile act they will not commit to remain in power to destroy our nation and our future. They will not succeed.”
