Here’s what the Hospice of the Western Reserve pays top executives
William Finn, president and CEO of Hospice of the Western Reserve Inc. since 2011, was paid the equivalent of $503,078 in the organization’s fiscal year ending December 2021, according to the nonprofit’s latest Form 990.
Finn’s total pay that year includes a base salary of $372,558 plus $100,035 in bonus/incentive compensation, $22,753 in nontaxable benefits and $7,732 in retirement/deferred compensation.
In 2020, Finn received $488,936 in total compensation on a base salary of $368,225.
