Are you aware Republican Ohio House Leadership rejected every health freedom amendment put forward by Ohio’s health freedom activists & agreeable sponsors, yet the $600M give-away to the billionaire Haslam family, who aren’t even Ohioans, was gleefully left in the current version of the 2026-2027 Ohio State Budget?
Enough is enough. It’s time we got loud about the tone deaf, dismissive, corrupt cabal controlling the Ohio House, including Speaker Matt Huffman, who took 6-figures or more in campaign donations from the Haslams, the billionaire family who own the Cleveland Browns, shortly before they asked for the $600M deal. Meanwhile, every single proposed health freedom amendment to the budget bill was nixed.
It’s well past the time we should have become extremely vocal with OUR elected representatives. Here’s what WE ALL NEED TO DO:
1) Call, email, and text (if possible) these people who are on the finance committee, as well as the Speaker, and TELL THEM you want the HEALTH FREEDOM AMENDMENTSADDED to the budget bill and the $600M frivolous use of YOUR money TAKEN OUT. Do not ask them … TELL THEM … because remember, THEY WORK FOR YOU!

2) Call, email, and text (if possible) your Ohio House Member & Ohio Senator (if you don’t know who they are you can find them HERE) and ask them two very direct questions (or tell whoever answers). Tell them you want YES or NO answers to these 2 simple questions:
a) Do you support putting the heath freedom amendments omitted from the current version of the budget bill into the final bill?
b) Do you support removing the $600M Haslam money from the final version of the bill?
