Your analysis of our current funding is accurate, we are not in the “red” now but we will be in the next few years. By being responsible with public funding over the past ten years we have been able to stretch the ten year levy amount out so that we are not in the red today going into the last year of the 0.8 mill levy, but we cannot stretch that amount for another ten years.
