The Oxford shire council voted on the six-month trial of a scheme to restrict movement of motor vehicles in and out of the city restricting some Households to a 100-day pass to travel along E gated roads which otherwise will be closed. Passes will have to be applied for and the 100-day allocation will have to be shared between all vehicles registered per address.”
