Is Your Complacency Complicity?
In K-12 education, predators masquerading as teachers, librarians, and administrators are pursuing their agenda of sexualizing innocent schoolchildren through books, instruction, videos, and counseling. Their devious handiwork includes aiding and abetting gender transitions of students without parental knowledge or consent. Hundreds, if not thousands of these predators, have taken to social media to brag about their intentions and methods. Are there consequences? Apparently not.
One year ago today, on January 6, 2022, we dropped aletter on the desk of Attorney General Merrick Garland imploring him to address a crisis of depravity in K-12 education. A copy of this letter was sent to Governors, Lieutenant Governors, Attorney Generals, and Heads of Education Departments in all 50 states.
There has been silence from AG Garland for 365 days! Worse, there is no evidence of action. None. Zero. Even when Federal statutes make it illegal for any person to knowingly produce, distribute, receive, or possess with intent to transfer or distribute visual representations, such as drawings, cartoons, or paintings that appear to depict minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and are deemed obscene. The law makes no exceptions for the classroom.
On March 28,2022, Dr. Elana Fishbein, Founder & President of No Left Turn in Education sent a follow up letter to AG Garland questioning his silence and inaction.
Still, the Department of Justice does nothing. In our view, complacency is complicity.
Commonsense Americans know this is wrong. No Left Turn in Education has been working relentlessly on the legislative, legal, and civic fronts to end this reprehensible practice in schools across the nation, but we need your help!
Merrick Garland must be held accountable for his inaction!
Please contact your local Congressional office and demand that the House of Representatives hold hearings to investigate the Attorney General’s dereliction of duty!
