Senator Cirino admitted to Commissioner John Hamercheck at the February 23rd Commissioners’ meeting that this press release is incorrect. Cirino admitted that the $4 million in state funds stated in the press release is only $3.5 million.
No one knows why Senator Cirino used the black background for his announcement.
