Lake County Narcotics Board Meeting held March 1, 2023

By Brian Massie, Citizen Journalist, Watchman on the Wall

The selling and consuming of illegal drugs continues to flourish in Lake County. The Biden administration’s open border policy, used to destroy the sovereignty of the United States, is working just a they, no doubt, expect.

Unfortunately, we continue to see young people die of overdoses of illegal drugs, and the Mexican Sinaloa Drug Cartel has established a foothold in Lake County. In February, the Lake County Narcotics Agency seized more than 400 fentanyl pills, 10 grams of crack, and 112 grams (4 ounces) of methamphetamine.

The Agency has over $4 million in their cash balance. We have asked for clarification on the $288,289.92 in the State Forfeiture Fund, and the $610,076.42 in the Federal Forfeiture Fund.

You can read the unapproved meeting minutes below.

Mr. Jeff Monreal, owner of Jeff Monreal Funeral Homes, attended the meeting and volunteered his services to educated the residents about the impact of illegal drug use on the individuals and their families. His line of work gives him a unique perspective on the devastating effects of illegal drugs on the body and families.
