Geauga resident and former Trustee, Walter (Skip) Claypool spoke at the Lake County Liberty Coalition meeting on April 12, 2023. This was just a preamble to the big debate to be held next month when Mr. Claypool will square off against Lake County Commissioners John Plecnik and John Hamercheck on the wisdom of remaining in the current Metropolitan Planning Organization known as the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA).
