We noticed the following resolution on the agenda for the Commissioners’ meeting held on November 26, 2024. The College asked for permission to reissue Bonds that were for the original purchase of the Holden Center.

Since we now know for sure that they have sold the Holden Center, we gave the following public records request to Dr. Sunil Ahuja at last night’s Finance meeting. We are asking for copies of the agreement with Signature Health and any other offers submitted to the College by other companies.
We will update our readers when the documents are received from the College.
