Joanne Zeroske sworn into the Lake County ADAMHS Board
Mentor, OH: The Lake County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board recently swore in Joanne Zeroske as a Board member during their regular August meeting. Zeroske was sworn in by Lake County Commissioner President Richard J. Regovich.
Established by Ohio statute, the ADAMHS Board plans, evaluates, monitors, and funds services for Lake County residents with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Those services are delivered through a network of providers. Board members are all Lake County residents who serve without compensation.
Zeroske, who previously served on the ADAMHS Board from 2019 to 2023, rejoins with extensive experience and a deep commitment to community well-being. She served in various senior executive leadership positions including President of Euclid hospital and President of Marymount hospital for Cleveland Clinic and retired in 2019. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in healthcare. A Mentor resident, she earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lakeland Community College, where she is recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Capital University and a Master of Business Administration from Lake Erie College.
Zeroske is a graduate of Leadership Lake County and a member of Saint John Vianney Church. She was honored as a member of the 2009 class of Crain’s Cleveland Business Women of Note. She is member of Christ Child Society of the Western Reserve.

The challenges of mental illness and addiction require strong community partnerships, and I look forward to contributing my healthcare experience to support services that make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
