Legislation is about to be voted on by the U. S. Congress that will greatly affect Veterans Benefits now and in the future.
While there is “ some ” good in this legislation, there is NOTHING in it to off set the bad.
Among other things It authorizes “Claim Sharks” to prey on Veterans.
Let me be crystal clear. IF Lawyers want to help Veterans with the benefits they have earned, IF Lawyers REALLY care about helping Veterans get the assistance they deserve, then as their personal act of service and gratitude why don’t they volunteer to help Veterans for free?
I mean honestly, if they REALLY wanted to help protect the men and women who have offered their lives, their future, their health in service to this country. Do it as part of the Lawyers Public Service without fee or compensation to help the Men and Women who have protected the Lawyers ability to practice Law in a Free Country.

FYI you can also call your Local Elected Officials and encourage them to Protect Veterans Health Care Benefits and to oppose ANY individuals attempt to profit from helping any Veteran received the Health Care and Benefits they have suffered to earn.
The shame in all of this is that there was great legislation that was designed to help Veterans, but politics being politics in order for some who always seem to take advantage of the good in our society, they inserted the Legislation that helps their friends while taking advantage of Veterans.
Anyone who really cares about Veterans would not allow anyone else to profit from the Benefits Veterans have earned as a result of serving our country.

PASS THE INDIVIDUAL LEGISLATIVE ACTS SEPARATELY
IF CONGRESS REALLY REALLY CARES FOR VETERANS
ELIMINATE ALL PROVISIONS FOR ANYONE TO PROFIT FROM ASSISTING VETERANS WITH THEIR BENEFITS.
AND RESTORE and SAFEGUARD “ALL” MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR VETERANS
