By Brian Massie, A Watchman on the Wall
After the “He who shall not be named” miscarriage of justice (Rooster declared guilty of telecommunications harassment in a Willoughby Court Room last week), I decided that I really am an independent populist. “He who shall not be named” has put a stain on the Lake County, and State of Ohio Republican Party that will take real leadership to erase.
Consequently, I in the future I will give Independents and …choke…cough…splutter… Democrats a chance to be heard. If Lake County Republicans can let “He who shall not be named” chip away at free speech without any reprimand or censure, then I, as an Independent free thinker, must continue to get the truth out to the people, regardless of party affiliation.

Here is information that I received from State Representative Candidate Belinda Grassi about her work history and her qualifications.
Hi Brian. I thought I’d forward this to you in case you were not aware of what my platform is as an independent candidate for House District 57. I actually have a specific set of issues I hope to tackle. I believe that much of this can be cost neutral, can help reduce property taxes, and is quite different than most of the suggestions I have ever heard proposed recently by our lawmakers in Columbus.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Ms. Grassi probably thought that I would not publish her platform for her chance to be our State Representative. We have “crossed swords” on many issues as she held a position on the Riverside School Board. However, her CPA certificate and accountancy training certainly gives her the tools to understand the financial impact of any proposed legislation.
Ms. Grassi: we say good luck to you in your state representative race.
The “He who shall not be named” miscarriage of justice with his legal posse demanding an arrest for for a meme he did not like put me on a completely different trajectory.
Just wait and see the difference in my reporting…..
