Mr. Morgan McIntosh “let the cat out of the bag” when he acknowledged that they only need $6 million, but are going for an $8 million levy to give them a cushion. Sorry, Mr. McIntosh, but in these uncertain times we cannot afford an additional $2 million slush fund “just in case” you might need it. The Trustees will need to learn to be better stewards of the taxpayers’ money.
