Who is allowing the bribery of kids?

According to this article above, Ohio Department of Health is enticing parents of 5 – 11 yo to get the vaccine for an infection they have 99.97% – 100.0% recovery rate.
“Ohio’s newest COVID-19 vaccination incentive program doubled in size Friday when state officials announced a total of $2 million in scholarships will be given way and age ranges will expand.”
Have you ever heard of such a thing? In no other time has this been done. My brain is exploding at the chutzpah of these corrupt filled alleged healthcare leaders.

“The program that originally targeted 12- to 25-year-olds now will include those age 5-11 once the vaccine is authorized for their use. Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Bruce Vanderhoff said authorization should come by the end of the month.”
“We are hearing promising news following the clinical trial and safety data submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration by Pfizer for their COVID-19 vaccine for 5- to 11-year-olds,” Vanderhoff said. “In anticipation of a COVID-19 vaccine being authorized for children as young as 5 in the near future, we have decided to broaden the Ohio Vax-2-School program to include this age group, should they become eligible for vaccines.” (1)
Now tell me, how can this be legal in any way, shape or form? (2) With the most recent passage of Ohio Senate bill 22, I do not see how the Ohio Department of Health holds the purse strings for the so called Covid monies. (3)
These vaccines produce more injuries for the children. There is zero benefits to children to get the toxic spike protein vax. Children are 0 to 0.25 chance to die of covid. (4, 5, 6, 7, 8) There is no logical reason for this insane push to inject children with a spike protein mRNA experimental biologic that has high risk for long term, autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular and clotting or bleeding disorders.
