Have you ever been curious about the total property valuation for real estate taxes, or the property tax revenue for Concord Township?   We received from the Lake County Auditor’s office their “Schedule A – Estimate of Property Tax Revenue” for the three taxing districts in Concord Township – #8, #9, #10. (you will have to rotate the paper to read it)

Some interesting statistics:
1. There is an estimated $638,739,030 in total estimated tax valuation in Concord Township.
2. The inside millage (that is what you cannot vote on) will collect ~$1,839,568
3. The outside millage (that is what you voted for – hey, don’t blame me) is ~$5,132,522
4. The total of both is $6,972,091

This is just the property taxes for Concord Township’s government services (road, fire safety forces and general fund).  It does not include the County, Schools, Library, Auburn Joint Vocational and the Lake County Financing District (that is another school tax),
