We received two letters from a Lake County residents, and was asked to publish them so that all Lake County residents have a chance to read them. I read a portion of these letters at the last Commissioners’ meeting, and, not surprisingly none of the three Commissioners commented on it. I could not read the entire documents because Commissioner Plecnik limits free speech to three minutes with no chance of rebuttal.
Our current Commissioners are masters at creating refrigerator magnets promoting themselves and handing out certificates and proclamations at virtually every meeting, but actually addressing citizens’ problems takes a back burner.
