We are pleased to announced that thanks to Commissioner John Hamercheck’s involvement in the Rider’s Inn controversy with the Lake County Port Authority, there has been an agreement reached between the parties.
Commissioner Hamercheck has ensured that the possibility of a lawsuit because of the actions by a former Commissioner and the Port’s subsequent decisions against Rider’s Inn has been stopped.
