Private property ownership is under attack in Texas and other states.
THE GREATEST LAND GRAB IN AMERICAN HISTORY IS HAPPENING RIGHT NOW — AND PEOPLE ARE PANICKING

RFK Jr. argues America is in the middle of the biggest transfer of residential real estate in modern history. In Texas, there are reportedly more than 200,000 homes currently listed for sale, with some estimates putting the number closer to 300,000.
At the same time, foreclosures are accelerating and tens of thousands of households are reportedly more than six months behind on their mortgage payments.
Then there’s property taxes.
Across the country, homeowners, especially seniors, are struggling to keep up with soaring tax bills. Some families have reportedly lost homes over unpaid property taxes after investors stepped in to purchase tax liens.
Meanwhile, younger Americans are finding it harder than ever to buy their first home. According to RFK Jr., while families are being priced out, Wall Street firms such as BlackRock and other institutional investors are gaining more influence over residential real estate. He argues America is shifting from a nation of homeowners to a nation of renters. He also points to the rapid growth of institutional ownership since the 2008 financial crisis. In some communities, researchers have found that well over half of rental properties are owned by corporate landlords, with corporate ownership continuing to increase in recent years.
Who will own America’s neighborhoods 20 years from now?
